UNDERDOSED

Terms of use

Last updated September 15, 2026

By using Underdosed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Underdosed compares the amounts printed on supplement labels with doses used in published research. It is educational information, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Effective ranges are population-level estimates and may not apply to you. Talk to a physician, pharmacist or registered dietitian before starting, stopping or changing any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Accuracy

Label reading uses automated vision and can misread a number, a unit or a form. Always check the verdict against the physical label. Catalog data comes from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database and may be out of date or differ from the product on the shelf. Prices are approximate and change without notice.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, Underdosed earns from qualifying purchases. Rankings and verdicts are computed from label amounts and published research and never consider commission.
