Common questions

The scan misread a number. Retake the photo 15 to 20 cm from the panel, flat and without glare, and use zoom to fill the frame. If it still misreads, email us the photo; it helps us improve.

Why is a single-ingredient product scored 100 while a full formula scores 70? The score measures whether what is on the label is dosed properly. The second number, coverage (for example "4 of 6 as a pre-workout"), measures how much of a complete formula it is. Look at both.

An ingredient shows "not scored". It is not in our database yet. We add ingredients by how often they appear on real labels; tell us which one you need.

I disagree with a dose range. Every range cites its sources in the ingredient detail. If you have a study we should look at, send it.

Delete my data. Everything lives on your phone. Delete the app or use "Reset app" in the You tab.
